Steve was always prepared and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was always available to provide advice ad share resources. I'm not sure why anyone would use anyone but Steve as their realtor. He's absolutely the best at what he does.

We had been given a couple names to work with via local connections here in NY, but when my cousin in Columbus told me about Steve, I immediately decided that he was the realtor for us. This was cemented during our first day spent with him in Columbus. I have never seen anyone put the advance prep time, research, and personal slant on a day's agenda together. Honestly, he made the entire process easy and yes, even the closing was fun. He even helped connect me with local contractors to get some work done on our new house before we moved in. Steve is a professional in his work, and he is client-centered. I know that he was juggling a lot of work, but we always felt like his number one concern. He was always available, and we trusted his opinion. He is a genuine, kind person, and since he grew up where we were looking for a home, I truly appreciated his insights and advice. We will always work with him moving forward. I feel like we made a friend as well as a new professional contact. I cannot say enough good things about him!
