Steven Padilla

The most important thing for me with Steven is I called him on a Monday morning on a 3 day weekend and I needed a Real Estate Agent. He picked up the phone that morning and said how can I help you, that same day we meet at his office and began the process of selling my Home. Every time I called Steven he picked up the phone and answered all my questions. He helped me through the whole process and was always their and kept me informed of everything that was going on. He is a Great Real Estate Agent, and now I can call him my Agent.

Steven, Adrian and the whole staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to sell our house. It was in a trust and had a probate. Absolutely thee best probate realtor ever!!!!! Thank you again for everything

There was high level stress because of our unique circumstances. Steven and his team (Franco was great!) did an incredible job of communicating the hi's and low's of the process. We never felt that we were uninformed. The knowledge base that Steven and his team provided us allowed us to make hard decisions. Lastly, Steven's availability was greatly apreciated. Overall, we would highly recommend Steven and his team!
