I was absent from Florida during the entire process of selling my apartment. Stuart went way beyond the normal real estate agent functions in assuring that the apartment was ready to show, and assisting my children in removing and disposing of the furniture and other contents. Plus, of course, getting my asking price in a matter of days.

Thank u for maki g our purchase so easy

I dealt with Stuart Goodwin for a long time and he was amazingly patient with my needs until I found the right property. He worked with me and understand what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable in the area I was looking and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase on the beach.
