We used Jim Monninger as our mortgage person and he too was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks Jim.

I have known Stuart Goodwin for about 23 years, in that time, even though I did not do any business with Mr. Goodwin I have know him to be professional, honest and trustworthy in all his dealings with others and now, as well as myself.

Stuart is especially knowledgeable about sales of apartments in our building because he lives here. He has brokered the sale of many other apartments in our condo. He worked very closely with us and worked very hard for us.

Stuart Goodwin priced our condo perfectly. He was super knowledgable about comps. He helped us to know what things to fix and remove and leave in the condo. He was always available to answer questions. He made the move for us easy because we live in another state and could not be there for any of the sale and Stuart took charge of getting all the stuff that we didn't want removed from the the condo and getting it cleaned as well so we didn't have to stress about any of that stuff from long distance. He made it as easy as possible for us to negotiate a good price and sell it as quickly as possible. I highly recommend him!

This was my second time working with Stuart Goodwin, and I chose him for a reason! He is very knowledgeable about the field and works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied. I really appreciate how he doesn't waste any time and does everything in his power to make the sale effective and efficient. Thank you Stuart!

Stuart is an excellent Realtor. We dealt with Stuart when we purchased our condo 7 years ago and had a terrific experience with him. He knows the real estate market extremely well and has great insight to all of the buildings in the surroundings areas. He also comes with many years of experience and great connections in the market. He also has a really good intuition of what his clients want. It was only natural to have Stuart as our Realtor when we sold our condo. Stuart goes above and beyond to satisfy his clients. He comes with a great work ethic and truly cares about doing the right thing in all aspects of his work. I trusted him immensely. It was a real pleasure working with Stuart and I would highly recommend his services.
