Susan Dickman

Susan exceeded my expectations with the sale of my condo. It was very short notice and we needed to sell quickly. She got the job done faster than I could have imagined and handled everything with ease. She made it a seamless transaction as we were working from another state to complete this. Extremely pleased with our agent and would absolutely recommend Susan!! Thank you again!

I had a great experience working with Susan. Susan was incredibly flexible, communicative, and really understood what needed to be done to position the house well for sale. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but the results spoke for themselves — we received multiple offers within just a couple of weeks. For comparison, I had a different agent that had struggled to sell for over 3 months at the same price. Even when unexpected repairs and challenges came up, she handled everything with professionalism and kept the process moving. She was quick, proactive, and always focused on finding a solution. I truly appreciated her guidance from beginning to end. If you are looking to sell a place in Chicago I truly cannot recommend Susan enough.

I could not recommend Susan enough! She guided me so well through every aspect. Her experience and expertise was invaluable throughout. I would refer her to anyone who asked and would absolutely use Susan again if the opportunity arouse. Thank you Susan, you're incredible!
