Purchasing a 2nd home on a lake, and out of the local market is a challenge. Sue was excellent at making suggestions, doing market studies, price comparisons, and a wealth of knowledge in evaluating a property. She zoned into our desired style, wants and needs, and did a nice job making some suggestions that helped us in locating a great home. She was accommodating, and worked with other out of town realtors quite well to enable us to see properties, even while she was out of town. Communication was excellent.
