Susan Pruden is a an amazing resource. She knows our area as well as anyone could and she is tapped in to great resources for all the things that come with buying a home. She is also patient and great with kids. I'd use her again, but I hope I don't have to. We like our house and want to stay in it. This deal had several places where it could have fallen apart and Susan kept it together. The listing agent and the sellers were both not detail oriented and did things that they shouldn't have done (agreeing to open the pool before closing according to the home inspection agreement and then deciding that they didn't want to).
