We chose Susan Walters because the website she and her father have established is outstanding. That, coupled with the fact she is a Christian, is why we specifically chose her.

Asked a retired real estate agent/friend and she recommended Ed and Susan. Susan has been handling rental of property for a few years quite well so it was a given that she would be realtor to sell my property. Susan went above and beyond to handle transaction. I’m an out of state owner and I think she did more than any other realtor would have.

Susan is a consummate professional, exceptionally efficient and organized with the additional gift of also having highly personalized people skills. She is knowledgeable about all the particulars of the Leisure World requirements, and anticipates as much as possible, to ensure a minimal amount of surprises, as there always are!!! Susan also goes above and beyond in her support of her clients by providing a Rolodex of all the trades and services that might be needed to facilitate a quick and effortless transaction, which she has “lined up for BEFORE she informs what needs to be done- so all that is left is the OK. Her follow up and correspondence was always immediate and in most cases anticipatory, keeping all stresses to a minimum!! Susan is genuinely unique in her combination of customer care and real estate knowledge which makes a potential “stressful experience” a successful AND “well cared-for” outcome. Susan took care of everything... even met me at the Escrow office for the hand off... I was very well supported in Susan’s care. Susan is a seasoned professional that takes her responsibility seriously, with excellent follow up and always having the answer for the next step when the course of the sale changed. I would do business with Susan Walters again.... She represents CENTURY 21 exceptionally well.

I could not be happier with decision to have Susan and Ed to assist me with my latest home purchase. They listened to my needs and more importantly my wants and found me exactly what I was looking for in a perfect location. There isn't a home that is perfect in every way but they found me one that I had to compromise very little on. They were very informitive and walked me through the entire process. It seemed like every time i'd turn around a new challenge would arise and they were right lhere to find solutions to anything that came up. They made an unsual transaction seem more normal. Overall they found me a perfect home in the perfect location and were able to negotiate a price below market value. Since they did so well the first time it is unlikely that I will need to move again but if I do I would not hesitate to call on Susan and Ed to find my next perfect home. Thanks to both of them for all they did.

I had worked with Susan twice in the past; a few years ago in finding a home for my father, and about one year ago for my mother. I found her to be extremely pleasant to deal with and appreciated the care she took in finding the right fit for both my parents. Also, both transactions went very smoothly. When I had to sell my fathers manor recently following his passing, there was no doubt in my mind that Susan would be the best agent to work with. She was very sensitive to the circumstances, and once again, very efficient in each step of the process. I would highly recommend Susan...she is an absolute pleasure to work with and get the job done!

Susan was great to work with. Very professional and a real help!

I first contacted Susan over year ago to obtain information regarding property in Laguna Woods. I was looking to purchase in Laguna Woods contingent on me selling my previous home in Orange County. I found her to be very professional ( efficient, resourcesful, punctual and knowledgeable). She provided me with the proper resources to obtain information regarding purchasing requirements specific to Laguna Woods. She worked with me showing me various properties based on my needs. Susan was very patient, allowing me to initiate contact with her as needed. We presented an offer with full disclosure of financials and contingency. Thirty day escrow process flowed smoothly without any delays. I highly recommend Susan Walters and her partner Ed Young.

Susan was extremely helpful during the sale of my father's home after he died. She handled all the details of the sale and prep work, which was critical since I lived over 100 miles away and could not be available.

Important - especially with Laguna woods - to understand the are is so important. I would have had no idea where to begin. She was referred to me by a friend and was very happy.
