Susan was just an outright good person to work with .she made my family feel good when she was around and help eased our frustration when we started looking for a house. Great from start to finish

Im not going to give a traditional testimony. That is not me. It wont take long after talking with Susan to know how awesome she is. That is self explanatory. I personally loved her drive, her focus, her deterimation and motivation to find us the right now. She showed us over 30 homes for 6 months. Never did she give up or did I sense she wanted to even though if she did I wouldnt be mad. Being an athlete those are the type of traits that stand out to you. She always had a smile when we saw her even she she had the flu. She was a trooper no matter what. We are very thankful and blessed to have been able to work with her for as long as we did. She did right by us even when we didnt want to hear it (wife didnt. I did! lol) She's not just our agent, she's our friend.

Susan was with us every step of the way. She went above and beyond for our entire family. She was everything I didn't know I wanted from an broker. We chose Susan because she was very understanding of our families situation and made it her personal goal to find us the right house.

We had been doing on line searches for homes, and Susan Y. Custer reached out to us. She was the 5th agent to contact us. We met over coffee and realized she was the realtor for us. Can I giver her 2 excellents for attention to detail?? She was superb. Without her knowledge and attention, we would NOT have gotten the house we wanted. She wrote letters, sent flowers on our behalf. It is the only reason the buyers picked us, we were not the highest bidder. We took Susan from South of Tacoma, through Seattle, on up the road to Everett and Camano Island looking for the perfect house, way out of her comfort zone. What she did not know about the area, she quickly learned. You covered just about everything. I have bought houses in the east but the markets are totally different. I got frustrated many times, but Susan was always able to bring me back to this market. I had no dealing with Keller Williams except through Susan Custer. I know nothing about the company except that they were smart enough to hire Susan Y. Custer as their spokesperson.

From the moment we met Susan she was patient, courteous and very understanding of our needs. She was able to steer us in the right direction with her vast knowledge of the local market. I truly believe that if we went with another agent, our first home purchase would not have been as memorable as Susan made it.

With Susan everything went smoother than smooth. I can not think of any broker that I would like to work with except Susan. We went into this experience from a very nasty situation Susan smoothed every thing out and assisted us at every turn. I had a previous broker but Susan had and shared much more pertinent info with us upon meeting her

Susan did a great job. She asked question to insure she fully understood what we were looking for. She helped filter out the houses that did not meet our needs. She was patient, curtious and responsive. I would highly recommend Susan. We will definitely use her for our next home purchase.

Susan Custer is by far the best agent a buyer could ask for. Very patient and took the time to explain the process step by step. I will recommend her to everyone! Thank you for everything Susan mom and I finally have our perfect homes!

Susan was a better realtor than we could have hoped for!! She was truthful, hardworking, and resourceful. She told us that truth we needed it to hear. Because of that, we are owners of a beautiful house! We are definitely going to reccomend Susan to anyone who is looking for their dream home!!

Thank you Susan Custer! You are a genuine and kind person and we are so appreciative of your knowledge, expertise, intuition, and your personable nature. You handled difficult situations with ease and you have excellent negotiation skills. You really spent the time to get to know us and what types of homes would interest us. We are so happy in our new home!
