I have recommended Suzanne to my friends and family. She made the process easy and successful in both the sale of my previous house and purchase/closing of our new home. I highly recommend Suzanne!

Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

Mrs. Cansdale exemplifies everything a real estate agent should be. She's knowledgeable, hard working, and quick to respond any questions that come up. Not only that, she made the whole process fun! I tell everyone how amazing she is and recommend her to everyone that I talk to.

She sold our home faster and got more for it than we could ever imagine. She made the sales process easy.

Suzanne was highly recommended by other brokers and people that lived in area Suzanne had excellent advice and communication through entire process always making me aware of showings and their result. She also sourced local contractors for work that needed to be done and made sure pricing for work was fair and completed properly. Did an excellent job, went beyond what I would expect from an agent. Highly recommended Was extremely happy with Suzanne and would recommend her to my friends and business associates

Great job love the house couldn't be happier!
