Suzy Troemel took care of all the details needed to prepare the property for sale. She arranged for cleaning servises for the unit, which was a mess. After that the unit looked better than it ever had. We came to an agreement before the open house at higher than the asking price. She took care of all the details for closing, since I I was living in Flagstaff at that time.
