Our situation was very unusual. I needed a referral for a realtor in a foreign city and know Suzy because she lives in my neighborhood. I mentioned the situation, not thinking she would be able to help, but she offered to try. She followed up to get more info about the property. Reached out to a contact, got several referrals and vetted the referrals before giving me a name. The person she found was perfect and it was incredibly helpful because we were really unsure where to start.
