Sydney was terrific and stayed on top of all my questions & concerns! There were a few things that happened that made me proud to have her as my realtor. She had us post our house for sell for a lot more than what we were considering which she came in at $100 less than the appraisal (KUDDOS SYDNEY) when the buyers requested us to pay their closing costs we were actually considering it and Sydney said no and they came right back and they were okay with that!
