Tamara was excellent in communication with me. Since I was relocating from out of state we did most of Q&A via phones and she always answered immediately. She explained when I I didn't understand legal documents. I trust her completely & would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a property.

Tamara did everything I could expect and did it very well. She helped make the process get completed from marketing to close.

To the point, Tamara is absolutely FABULOUS!

I was so happy to find Tamara Bailey online and called her about selling our property in Timberon. She responded quickly and we agreed on selling the property. She was so helpful, instrumental, and guided me in every step of selling the property. Tamara was so pleasant to talk with which greatly pursuaded me to work with her. She is truly a professional and I would recommend her services to anyone.

Tamara was an important resource in explaining the property and its limitations.

Tamara is fantastic for any real estate transaction, buying or selling in Lincoln County and Otero County!
