I was very impressed with Tamara Bailey's professional assistance in purchasing the NM property during the 2021 Christmas holiday season while she was traveling in Texas. We did the contract over the phone, communicating between her laptop and my desktop Mac. Later, when closing over the internet, everything was high tech - very smooth! I would certainly recommend Tamara if you are looking for property in the Ruidoso area.

Tamara did such a wonderful job, helping to make a long time dream come true. The service she provided, was superb. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend Tamara Bailey to anyone we know, and would use her again if the opportunity presented itself. Even though we were a thousand miles apart, she was always right there on the phone when needed, like she was right there with us, taking care of our needs.

Tamara has handled home sales and also purchases in Ruidoso, Alto and Carrizozo and she handles every aspect of the process with excellence. Alex Leonard

Tamara is fantastic Details are her specialty Tamara is a professional top to bottom

We were lucky enough to find Tamara as the listed agent for our first search. Though that piece didn’t work for us, Tamara helped us look at other listings, leading us to our final choice. The closing was difficult because of seller issues, and required a lot of extra work from Her. She did a fantastic job, and will always be our first recommendation to anyone looking in the area. Kudos, Tamara… Bruce and Barbara What else can I say. Excellence is hard to find, and a jewel worth keeping.
