Tameka has been a great hand right from the start. She arranged numerous showings in a small time frame as timing was critical. Once we found the house we like Tameka completely took care of everything. She has great communication skills and always kept us very involved within the buying process. Tameka was always only a call away, she always answered, and was always able to answer our questions. She has great knowledge in the Spruce Grove area, and managed to show us many benefits and cons to each property. I found as if Tameka was not there to sell us a house, she was there to guide us in the right direction and help us find exactly what we were looking for. There was never any sale pressure on us at any point. I would strongly recommend Tameka as she gets things done, nothing is ever up in the air, and we were always very involved.

We liked Tameka’s relaxed approach and pleasant personality. We never felt pressured or rushed and that was very important to us. Everything was done on time and in a pleasant manner. Tameka walked us through the process and made it manageable step by step. Tameka is like a friend at this point, not a sales person and I value that above all.

We were looking for an agent who would fully understand what our needs are and an agent who would treat our house search as their own. Tameka was spot on! Customer service was immaculate, she was genuine, straightforward, punctual, informative and warm! It is very rare to find all those qualities in a realtor! She is just an amazing soul and that is reflective in the service she provides! Needless to say when we sell or buy another property we know who to call. Homeowners and potential homeowners are always looking for this kind of service! We call it "The Tameka Ross Experience"! Thanks a lot Tameka!

Tameka was everything I'd hoped for in a realtor. The whole process went much more smoothly than I'd imagined it would.

Tameka was incredible throughout the entire process, was super knowledgable which was incredible as I had no prior experience in purchasing a property. She negotiates extremely well and feels passionate about getting you into the right place for you. I’m extremely happy with my new place!

We definitely lucked out when Tameka was the realtor that showed up at a house we had requested to look at via the Liv Realty website. Though we had not selected Tameka as our realtor at the start of our house search, once we met her we definitely wanted to continue on with her as our realtor. She is professional, friendly, personable, intelligent, easy to communicate with and knowledgeable, and we always looked forward to seeing her and hearing her honest opinions about the properties we were viewing. We are more than happy to recommend her to any of our friends or family that are house hunting in the future.
