Tami McInnis was wonderful to work with. While professional in keeping the whole process moving along, she was also consistently friendly the whole way. She was knowledgrable of the city and the respective neighborhoods we were looking at, which was helpful for us as we were from out of town. Tami was particularly helpful in the inspection and repair process. As we were from out of town, we had no knowledge of local repair firms. Tami provided us with names of several trusted providers for the various repair jobs, and took it upon herself to help us contact and set up appointments for the jobs. As she had past successful experience with these service providers, they promptly responded to her, which got the process completed quicker than normal. Tami also worked very well with the seller's agent, which help the whole negotiation process move along promptly. On the whole, I would not hesitate recommending Tami to any of my friends or relatives should they ever need a realtor in the future.
