Tammy Marquardt

Tammy quickly understood what we were looking for in a house and hit the ground running with us. Her knowledge of neighborhoods and what quirks the houses in the neighborhoods have was extremely helpful when touring homes. She was responsive and made communicating a breeze. She led is through a number of offers as well as a difficult contract and inspection period which didn't end up in a purchase. In the end, we found the right home!

Tammy Marquardt was very knowledgeable of the housing areas where I wanted to view houses and so pleasant & friendly to work with. I explained my must haves and what I'd like to have. We would go to several houses in a day because I was coming in from out of town. She even did a couple virtual tours when I couldn't make the drive. Tammy was never pushy and treated me and my viewpoint with respect, care and kindness.

Tammy is absolutely fantastic. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have possibly found a better agent to help me. She is incredibly knowledgeable on most every subject you could imagine, and always has your best interest in mind!! She even helped me find a lender, who was utterly fantastic. I promise you won't be disappointed with her, I most certainly am not, and plan to recommend her to every possible person I can :)
