Tammy made the sale of my condo so simple. The condo was a rental and I was thinking of selling. I had lived in Ocean Park prior to turning it into a rental and had seen that Tammy had sold many of the properties there. She really had a pulse for that complex. When I decided to sell I gave Tammy a call. She actually was able to show the property between rentals. I had it rented through 3/8 and through her work prior to listing we had an offer. We worked out a contract and it was sold and closed on 3/11. We were able to do everything remotely as I was out of town. If you want someone who really knows the market in the area I would highly recommend Tammy. She made this whole process so simple and seamless.

Especially the video tour, which was so good we briefly felt a little seller’s remorse. * Any realtor can have lots of open houses and she did. However, Tammy’s open houses were always productive because she drove traffic to the event through her local contacts, and community focused social media. As a result, we always felt the interruption to our schedule wasn't wasted time and the eventual buyer came through the property during one of the open house events (closing price, 1.1M). All-in-all, perfectly executed.
