It took me a while, I told her what was required and she went through all the listing for me and emailed the to me so I could look at them. I chose which one I would like look at and she made a nice route that did not waste gas. We went to the houses and she would look at the house as if she was buying for her family. Because she did look at each house as if it was one she was about to buy, she was able to point out good and bad points on each house. I will tell anyone that I hear is looking for a house to go to Tammy and Century 21 Bell.

Tammy completely listened to what we needed and went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. We moved to another state and listed the house the day we left. She called us with offers en route and explained everything clearly, even though we were frazzled from traveling. Tammy took care of all of the appountments and fixes that popped up. She guided us through all the steps and the sale couldn't have gone any smoother. We only regret that our house sold so soon because we don't have a reason to work with her any more. She is excellent. We would consider paying her travel to take care of the next house sale we have.
