Tamra did a great job for me. She was very patient thru the process of me finding the right home for me, which took over a year to find. She was very knowledable of the area, etc. I would recommend her to any friends and family who want to purchase a home in the area.

Tamra came to us via a recommendation of a common friend. She is highly organized and brought a wealth of local knowledge with her to the table. She covered every detail and thought of things I never would have thought of myself. She really went above and beyond in my opinion. I came to trust her judgement totally in decisions in how to proceed, though she always insisted I make the final decision. She also is very ethical, which is a trait that is becoming increasingly rare, but is one that is important to me.

I chose Tamra Curtis to sell my Mom's home. She made me feel like I was her only client. She went above and beyond to help me get the house market ready, through the negotiations and then the crazy financing maze. Since I live out of town, she cordiallly met any plumbers, septic, electricians, and other professionals at the property to get the sale over the finish line. I really cannot express how hard she worked for us to get the house sold. I heartily recommend her if you have a property to sell or are looking to find your dream home. Thanks Tamra!

Tamra is very hard work, make the right decision of marketing (price, dealing with client and timing). She is very honest, kind and compassion. Tamra help me make the right decision to sell 3150 Eaman road property. We have been put Eaman road on the market for years but no caller. But with Tamra, only short time we have many callers. She knows how to market the property, put the sign and put in the internet and the right timing too.

Tamra was the absolute best! I'm so glad that she answered my call when I reached out to Cressy and Everett. She is very professional and sincere. She made a difficult situation better. An extremely caring lady. She is very knowledgeable and familiar with the market. I would recommend her to anyone in Berrien county looking for a great realtor!! 💖💖

Tamara Curtis was an excellent agent to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I can't say enough that she was professional, attentive, and thorough. Selling a home has ups and downs Tamara was consistent and encouraging. She's the best!

Tamra is great realtor she really did great job in getting my house sold!

Very considerate in what I was looking for

Absolutely amazing. She understood our situation and met every need we had. She understood we were busy and was willing to work with us even though we were in a different time zone. She was so supportive and explained everything to us! This was so important because it was our first home purchase. I felt so supported and that she truly cared for us. She was transparent and I never once felt she was just trying to make a sale. We are so so happy we were referred to her by Raul, she was the best realtor I could ask for. I will recommend her to anyone moving to this area and plan on it if any residents are looking to purchase a home. 10000000/10.
