Overall great! Found us our dream land and didn't give up on it until it was finished. Knows the area very well especially land! She is very personable and friendly. She stays in close contact! I would recommend her to anybody searching for there dream land or home. She makes the process not stressful at all! Tania is amazing!

Tania was amazing from the beginning! She was very personal and knowledgeable. From the start she was easy to connect with! She knows her knowledge of anaconda and the surrounding areas very well! She kept in contact all the time about the sale of our house and helped us to find the perfect land! I would recommend her to anybody because of her Awesome service and friendliness. She sold our house was faster then we expected! The process was smooth and never stressful with her! Again, Tania is amazing, personable, well at communicating and knows her knowledge!

After speaking with several realtors in the Butte area we sure were relieved to finally get in touch with Tania. The other realtors did not seem interested in helping us with a cash deal land purchase. They did not respond or get us the requested information.. They lacked basic communication skills, and in my opinion lacked at least 2 out of the 3 essential skills needed to hold their position. Tania was very nice, prompt and knowledgeable! She got back to us quickly with multiple listings and with additional information such as covenants for each piece of land. Tania always responded within 30 minutes to any questions we had, when it came to showing us the land in person she took the time to walk each property and explain things about that property in great detail. We had met Tania and all in one day walked several parcels of land, made an offer, had it accepted and then met her to give the earnest money and sign a contract.
