Normally, I do not do surveys as I base my assessment of the individual on three principles. Respect, Honesty and Trustworthyness. If the individual meets these three criteria, then I would write a letter to their immediate supervisor/manager, expressing my satisfaction with the exemplary way my transaction was handled. In this case, Tanya has displayed this in the way she has dealt with our property sale.
