Tara is always willing to do what is needed to help her customers - no matter the day or time! When funding for the purchaser of our property fell through 5 days before closing, she was able to help the purchaser (who was using a different broker) secure funding and we were able to close two weeks later on the property. Tara is amazing! Annie did an amazing job with the pictures of our house - EVERYONE I know commented on how clear, colorful, and professional the pictures were.

Tara, Thank you from the bottom of my heart on helping through this process. Past experiences were absolutely terrible, but you made everything a breeze. For my first time, I could not have had a better experience! I will always recommend you to anyone!! Thank you sooooo much for your services!!!!

I was glad Btty Foltz and Jan Larson recommended her. The house sold in 12 hours. Didn't even get to advertise or anything. The closing went smooth and she made it easy for all. She listened to my brother and I. I would recommend her to anyine.

By far the smoothest business deal ever. Thanks Tara

Tara was available quick in answering questions and k I knowledgeable. We high recommend her

Tara went above and beyond!! She seriously was the ultimate dream realtor to have and deserves either a raise or her own television show!!

It was all great! Thanks Tara
