Tarah has met my families needs on several occasions. Tarah is knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Tarah stands out in the crowd and has a great reputation in my community.

Tara, did an amazing job saling my mother's home. I don't live in the area, so she was able to manage everything for me on the ground.

I highly recommend Tarah Shetron. After my mother passed away, I was helping my father sell his home as his power of attorney. I wanted an experienced professional who could guide me through the process, and Tarah was exactly the right choice. She knew the area well and put together a strong plan to market the house. It sold almost immediately. Tarah helped me navigate the power of attorney requirements, explained what would be expected of me at closing, and took charge when inspection issues came up. She went above and beyond to keep everything on track and resolve problems quickly. Tarah handled a difficult time for our family with professionalism and care. If I had to do it again, I would choose her without hesitation.

It took us months to find the right home and Tarah was patient, positive, and seemed to make herself endlessly available so that we never felt like we were in danger of missing out on something. She followed our lead and was never pushy. When we finally had an offer contingent on inspections and discovered several issues with the home, we felt like we had both a partner and advocate. I have never been more grateful to have a knowledgeable professional navigating the process with us! She saved us time by arranging for quotes on needed services and money by helping us negotiate with the seller to address some things. Through it all she was positive and responsive. We are so happy in our new home!

Tarah gave us confidence going into the sale of our home that we would be well positioned for success. Since there were many months between when we got our market analysis and when we were ready to list, she kept tabs on the market and was able to advise of about adjustments that supported a higher listing price than we originally anticipated. Then, when we were finally ready, she acted quickly to get the home listed in a short amount of time. I have no doubt that the suggestions she made to get the home show ready both saved us time and money on things that weren't needed and allowed us to focus our energy on things that made a positive impression, leading to an accepted offer after our first weekend of showings. We are grateful for her guidance and expertise!

Tarah Sheteron is the best in the business! She has always been so helpful and on top of everything during my home buying experience! I highly recommend Tarah as she is beyond professional and knowledgeable.

This is the second home Tarah has sold for us. We had a wonderful experience selling both. She made the process feel easy and stress-free, moving quickly on both sales with professionalism and care. Every question we had was answered promptly, and every detail was handled smoothly. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. I would highly recommend Tarah if you want the best experience selling your home!
