Tarah Sheteron was very helpful, kind and considerate every step of the way.

Tarah was absolutely fantastic and had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond even assisting with our home sale on the other side of the state since the realtors we had over there were subpar. She gave constant advice and feedback regarding the entire process. We are super thankful for her and how much she helped us. We're super happy with our new home and would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to work with Tarah. Thank you Tarah for being an amazing realtor! We look forward to seeing you around the neighborhood!

As a first time home buyer, I was feeling like a "deer in headlights" at times. Tarah was very helpful introducing me to properties and in proposing an offer. She kept constant communication, reminding me of deadlines that had to be met. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family!

Tarah Sheteron was a pleasure to work with.

We had an outstanding experience working with Tarah Sheteron! From the very beginning, she demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a level of responsiveness that set her apart. Within the first week of listing our home, Tarah generated three strong offers—two of them well over asking price with excellent terms. Her strategy, market knowledge, and preparation made all the difference in creating that kind of momentum. What impressed us just as much was her ability to guide us through purchasing our next home. We found ourselves in a competitive bidding war, and thanks to Tarah’s expertise and negotiation skills, we secured the home we wanted. She knows how to position her clients to win. Throughout the entire process, Just as important, she operates with strong ethics and integrity, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. We recommend Tarah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and we would absolutely work with her again in the future!!!!

Tarah was great again! I used her to sell a property two years ago and that process was so smooth that I knew when we were in the market to buy that she would be our choice to go with. I reached out earlier than when I previously told her we would be on the hunt and she jumped right into action setting up multiple viewings within a few days. She kept us in the loop every step of the way from the beginning offer to the closing date. She was knowledgeable about the market and area and willing to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Tarah, whether you're selling your home or in the market for a new one!
