This is my second time working with Tatiana at Lang Reality. She is great at what she does. Quick and great results. Definitely has the best interests for her client. Organized and very thorough communication. Definitely will use her again for future projects. Tatiana worked very hard to find rentals that fit our needs and desires, and was quick to get us access to look at available homes. She negotiated well to finally secure the home we wanted, and was able to keep the negotiation process moving throughout. She pushed to have the final steps in getting HOA approval completed so we could have access to the house and move in on a timely basis. We enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to others. It was my very first time buying a home. I was nervous and slow to start the process myself because there was a lot of work to do on my end to repair my credit. The process to obtain even the pre-approval from her third party partner and mortgage broker, Hamilton Homes, was easy compared to other companies I was trying to get a pre-approval on. When I got denied by a broker I had met prior to my actual start of my home search, Tatiana stepped in with her own connection as mentioned above and did not take no for answer. She fought to get me pre-approved and I am now a proud home owner because of her. I am forever grateful.
