Taylor was there for us every step of the way. For any simple question or new strategy to sell our house. Her communication and timeliness were top notch. We would recommend her to anyone!!

If you're looking to buy or sell a home, work with Taylor!!! She is beyond amazing. Taylor is friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable, accessible and hard working. She was always available to answer questions or talk through concerns. We are moving to the Des Moines metro (Ankeny) from a small town in north Iowa. Taylor was great about showing us different areas in the metro and discussing the pros and cons of each. Her knowledge of all things real estate is impressive. We are confident she helped us find a great house in a great area at a great price. We can't recommend Taylor highly enough. She really is the best!

Taylor isn't just our realtor; she's become a trusted friend and partner in our investment journey. With her assistance, we've bought eight investment properties together, with each transaction feeling like a shared victory. Her warmth, understanding, and genuine care for our success make Taylor more than just one of the best realtors out there – she's an invaluable part of our team. We look forward to many more successful ventures together, and could not recommend her highly enough.

Taylor was great to work with. She was always there when we had questions and was able to give us answers right about. I highly recommend Taylor. We very grateful to her for helping find us a beautiful home.

Taylor is great! She understood what I was looking for and made purchasing my first home so easy.

This was my first time selling a house and Taylor Hird made me feel very confident about the entire process. She walked me through everything and was right on the mark with every decision she recommended. I wish that I would have contacted her when I was trying to buy a house 3 years prior. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Des Moines metropolitan area. Thank you Taylor Hird and Century 21.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Taylor as a realtor. About a year and a half ago, we saw a house pop up on Zillow that we were interested in. We didn't have a realtor so we asked a friend for a recommendation, and we were given Taylor's contact information. We reached out to Taylor on a Friday night and she ended up showing us that house about 30 minutes later. Though the house didn't stick, Taylor did. She showed us way way too many houses over the next year and a half until we finally found our dream home a few months ago. Taylor was there to answer all of our stupid questions and showed us more houses than I care to admit. She helped us figure out what we were really looking for in a home, when we did not really know ourselves. Taylor is a rockstar and I cannot wait to see what big things she has coming for her in the next few years. I would recommend Taylor to anybody looking to buy a home in the Des Moines area.

I was so impressed with every little detail. It was incredible. It's so hard to put into words every little thing she did but truly she is the reason I had such a great experience with buying my first home! She worked out issues behind the scenes I had no idea were even issues. She continued to provide great service even while giving birth and taking care of a new born! So incredibly impressed!
