Taylor King

Taylor King guided us through our search with exceptional clarity and professionalism. We approached him with only a loose idea of what we wanted and a very large geographic area to consider. Taylor helped us quickly narrow down what didn’t fit and focus on what truly mattered. His advice was consistently honest, direct, and grounded in experience, yet he still left space for us to imagine and dream. In the acreage market, properties either sit for months or disappear within hours — sometimes before they even hit the market. Thanks to Taylor, we saw opportunities in both categories. He made himself available for showings on short notice, often more than an hour away, and never hesitated to go the extra mile. When we finally found our dream home, it had already sold. Taylor continued to monitor the listing, and when the initial buyer’s financing fell through, he moved immediately to get us in. His strategic guidance through the offer, negotiations, and inspection issues was invaluable

The strategy is key and Taylor King recognizes that very well. Ensuring seasonal pictures are captured ahead of time, professional staging and bringing the strongest presentation to market was key to our quick sale.

We have purchased two homes from Taylor King before and sold three. From beginning to end Taylor does not abandon his clients. There was many twists and turns in our last sale, but he ironed out all the problems and got the job done. If you want your home sold quickly and an agent that always gets right back to you, Taylor should be your pick! He won't disappoint you.
