Teresa Denning helped us sell our condo - which was no small task given current lending regulations. We secured an initial offer within our first couple showings (Teresa is fantastic.) That offer ended up falling through when the buyer's lender declined to lend, citing Freddie and Fannie backed loan requirements. The short version: A condo with the insurance our HOA elected to use did not qualify for financing. The only way we could sell our condo was to a cash buyer! In honesty, I thought it made our property impossible to sell. And yet weeks before our contract with Teresa was due to end she found us a cash buyer. I was impressed with her work before. Now...
