When the home inspector recommended a few items be looked at by specialists, Teresa helped schedule and coordinate those additional inspections and was there on my behalf when I wasn't able to make it. She was extremely patient with me as a first time homebuyer, and was crucial to our negotiations. I highly recommend her to other homebuyers!
