I’ve known Teresa for years and she’s very professional and wants the best experience for her clients. She’s willing to spend the time necessary to ensure a positive outcome. It couldn’t have gone any better than it did. Everything happened so quickly and smoothly. She is professional, personable and really does want the best for her clients I used them when I bought my house and that was a good experience and now when I sold my house also a good experience.

Teresa made the home buying process very easy for first time buyers, she also made it easy for anyone to understand the terms. She would do her very best to get us into a house showing right away and didn’t mind us throwing a bunch of houses at her. We would strongly recommend choosing Teresa for your home buying needs!

Communication was excellent. Teresa kept us up to date as to what was happening. She stayed on top of the details. She answered all our questions promptly and with patience. I felt like I was an important client. Teresa Denning did the job very professionally.

An excellent experience in every way.

Teresa did an excellent job with handling the details for my condo purchase and all the details required involving my purchase while living in Arizona. Some days were very stressful and Teresa was always available, calm and thorough. Excellent realtor!

Teresa was very upbeat and positive. She was good at calming us as we had frustration with the loaner for buyer and their same day response demands. Teresa was on track with the dollar amount our house could sell for. She was agreeable with requests to look at properties and helped us get in touch with the seller of our current home who sold on their own.

Teresa was wonderful to work with. She was on top of all aspects of the sale from beginning to end. She communicated very well on all details of the sale and any possible issues that could occur. She was also great with offering solutions with the one issue that did happen. I would recommend Teresa to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house in the Sheboygan area.
