She worked very hard, clearly understood our needs and preferences, and displayed great urgency, attention to detail and integrity throughout the entire process. She made us aware of so many questions to ask that we did not even know we should ask, and also gave applicable advice on things we didn't even know we had to consider throughout this process. Teresa helped us so much as first time home buyers! We had a lot of detailed questions and she was both patient and knowledgeable in answering them, as well as guiding us throughout the process. We had difficult schedules to work around, but she was flexible, provided quick responses, and always made time for us. Overall, we had a great experience. We recognize that this year had been a little bonkers for the housing market and realtors, but Teresa really made everything smooth and easy.
