We had heard from multiple people about Teresa's integrity and transparency. These were the two most important factors we were looking for when selecting our agent. Teresa is new to the Iowa City area but is learning very quickly! She got us a walk through of the house we closed on within an hour of us texting her about the property. What's more, the walk through we got was one hour prior to an open house of the property. Because of this, she was able to draft an offer and send it to the sellers right as the open house was beginning. This gave us a huge advantage over other buyers. Teresa always brings her A game.

I was very new to this experience and Teresa helped me understand every aspect of what I was getting into and receiving. She was very timely in answering requests and finding solutions to our problems. She went above and beyond in her duties. If she was unable to help us with a problem she was able to find us someone who could in a timely manner. She was always polite and professional even when we had troubles with answering her requests or hearing from others in the process. We first met Teresa when we bought our home after learning she was an agent from a friend. We knew she went to our church but nothing more than that. When buying our home 4 years ago, she kept our needs in mind and was so helpful in the searching process.
