This agent was prompt, professional and saw that my sale went through t from the beginning to the end. I did not spend a lot of money or have a lot to spend but she treated me as if I spent a million bucks and that was very important to me.

Teresa made the buying process less stressful and was always available for any concerns. If you are looking for a agent who makes you feel like you are her only client Teresa Ketchell is the agent for you. Best home buying experience after many previous purchases this was the easiest and best.

Teresa is amazing. She went above and beyond for us. I don’t think we would have closed on this house without her help. She helped us get an ideal contract, helped us understand what was needed to pass the FHA inspection, and helped with a ton of other things that helped this sale happen. We love our new home and trust Teresa 100% to help others get in homes they love as well. I would recommend her to anyone! Teresa was so helpful with all aspects of our purchase. She always knows what to do and how to handle situations and hiccups. She really looked out for our best interest as buyers and really helped us feel comfortable with our decision to buy this particular home. As first time home buyers, we were clueless on many aspects. Not only did she give us peace of mind, but she also helped us understand all of our options so we could be confident in our purchase. Teresa was amazing to work with. She knows what she’s doing, communicates effectively, takes time to explain things a first time home buyer wouldn’t know, and also helped us to be sure this purchase was the right choice. I can’t say enough about Teresa, she’s amazing at all aspects of her job! I had limited interaction with other brokers/staff at C21 because Teresa was always on top of it, but when I met other staff at closing they were very polite, friendly, approachable, and seemed knowledgeable as well!

Teresa has a passion in what she does and it doesn't go unnoticed. She was very prompt and helpful through all the steps in selling our house. Teresa was very knowledgeable through the whole process. She was approachable anytime we needed her and would get answers for us in a timely manner which was key.

Teresa was a pleasure to work with.
