Teresa was great at helping find houses that fit what I was looking for. During a time when good houses were selling fast, she quickly set up times where I could view them before they sold. As a first time home buyer I thought she was extremely helpful in explaining each step of the home buying process. I was also grateful for her knowledge about homes in general, she was very good at pointing things out details inside houses that I otherwise would not have noticed. Highly recommend!

Teresa was excellent from start to finish. She really listened to what my family and I wanted in our home. She made this process as stress free as possible. Her customer service is second to none. Teresa is AMAZING!

Teresa Ketchell was our angle in disguise! She communicated and answered every question or concern we had no matter how big or small! It says a lot when someone takes time from their vacation to answer questions you may have or just releive the anxiety that comes with the home buying process, and this woman did just that!! Our new home is 100% exactly what we told Teresa we wanted! Thank you Teresa for everything!! We couldn't have done this without you!!!

The first time I spoke with Teresa Ketchell I know that she understood me and what we were looking for. I could tell that she was going to do everything she could to help us get into the house we needed. I'm so appreciative of all of the hard work it took to get us to that closing day! I always felt comfortable knowing she was taking care of everything! She's seriously the best!

Teresa was great with my purchase of recreational property. I found the property in Ohio on Zillow and lived in NJ. The sellers agent would not return my calls so I found Teresa on Zillow. She responded quickly and before long I was under contract and on my way to Ohio to check out the property which was 92 acres. When I arrived I was surprised to see that she was wearing boots and ready to walk the property with me. Other agents I have used have sat in their vehicles and told me to walk the property myself. After a very long hike I knew I wanted the property and she was able to negotiate the price down a bit more which was great. The rest of the process to closing was very smooth and she was always available for questions and frequently checked in to see how things were going. I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking to purchase a home or property in the area.

This was my first time working with an agent. I was skeptical and was going to try and sale the home myself. I am very happy I chose not to do so. Teresa provided everything I could hope for in an agent and then some. She was honest, hard working, and most importantly always available. She kept my up to date the whole way and took the stress away of trying to sell a home. Always responded to my questions right away. Overall I’m very satisfied.

Teresa is a wonderful person/agent. She knew what we were looking for and she found the place. Gave us ideas on what we could do with the property. She returned our calls, text messages very fast. Some agents blew us off. Teresa was very eager to work with us and made us feel important. I will recommend Teresa to others looking for a property.

We had a lot of setbacks with purchasing our home. None of those were Teresa fault but she talked us off the ledge many times. She helped with every aspect of our home buying and I would highly recommend her.

Teresa Ketchell made my home buying experience fun, as stress free as possible, and an overall positive experience. From the beginning stages of looking at homes she was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and efficient. She gave me ideas I otherwise wouldn’t have had, she would send me articles to help me understand different aspects of buying a home. She reached out to many other professionals to help answer my questions and also to help me get the best possible deal on a home loan. She always made me feel like I was her only client. She made me feel important and that she wanted the absolute best for me and my kids. Once she helped me find my home, she was was fast and effective, always on top of everything, staying several steps ahead, and keeping me informed every step of the way. She made sure that this home was move in ready, got exactly what I wanted and more at closing. She has the best connections in the business and I felt confident in all of the inspections, my loan officer, etc because Teresa spoke so highly of them. I just knew she would never steer me wrong! I really appreciate how Teresa kept me informed of what was happening throughout this process. She made sure that everyone else involved in the loan, inspections, etc didn’t drag their feet, so that I could get into my new home as quickly as possible. Teresa just goes the extra mile for her clients. She’s a wonderful person inside and out. I hope to not have to go through this process again anytime soon, but I would ONLY do so with Teresa representing me. I recommend her to all of my friends and family, as I know, she gives 110% to her clients. I’m so thankful to her for everything and I’m blessed to have moved into a beautiful new home and made a friend for life in the process, too. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! Teresa Ketchell, you are an amazing human, a spectacular realtor, and a beautiful soul!
