Teresa was always available for ANY questions I may have had. She worked very hard to get buyers in to look at the house. She has tenacity and amazing communication. She helped me understand the selling process and procedures. See comments on other page. The house was not an easy sell due to spiral staircase going to upstairs bedrooms. The house is smaller and is more for single or married couple with only 1 child. I understood the barriers that faced the selling of the home. Teresa had the house sold, and we were in contract. We required an extension. The buyer refuses to sign and backed out of contract. Teresa has the house in contract for second time within weeks. Second buyer bought the home. I believe that if it were any other agent, I would be awaiting for a buyer still.

Teresa really went above and beyond helping us. Initially we were struggling to find a realtor to even help us and that really surprised me considering we were pre-approved for our loan. Teresa was awesome from day one. She was energetic, personable, and a wonderful negotiator. Teresa kept close contact with us throughout the entire experience.
