On the whole, I couldn’t have completed this deal without her. My husband and I cannot thank her enough. We will happily recommend Teresa ! I am so thankful to work with her. She was a reliable person from the beginning to the end. It was so difficult for my husband and me as non-native English speakers to handle many purchase contracts which is full of technical terms in English. So I appreciate that she was always kind, polite and helped us patiently. She was always dedicated to supporting us sincerely. She was a reliable person from the beginning to the end. Teresa was absolutely the "BEST" real estate agent I have ever used in my 32 years of buying and selling homes. She was extremely the key to selling my condo in less than 30 days of listing my home with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I will recommend Teresa to all my friends and neighbors looking to selling or buying a home in NKY!

Theresa Kraft did a fantastic job. She understood my needs and was knowledgeable of the area. She was always available and answered all my questions. She helped make the process less stressful by her attention to details. I would use her again as my realtor.

Teresa had experience & familiarity with neighborhood. She is competent with all situations which may arise in selling a home. Couldn’t have envisioned working with a more proficient agent until I met Teresa. PERFECTION!!!!

Teresa successfully sold my home in Union KY Teresa is a lovely, understanding woman. Professional & knowledgeable in all aspects of buying a home. I have had many real estate transactions throughout the country. Without a doubt, Teresa is the finest agent I have ever dealt with. Thank you.

I believe we looked at a property she was working on and went with her and loved working with her. A great person. Teresa made it a special and fun time looking at the properties, while giving us great advice! She was a delight to work with!

Teresa Kraft is as knowledgeable, personable, and professional as they come. She helped me locate the ideal property for a long-distance move in just over 24 hours. She also guided me, as a first-time home buyer thru the buying process. She made herself available to answer all my questions and helped me all along the way. My experience with Teresa Kraft was ideal and I would recommend her to anyone as an excellent agent/broker. Thanks for everything!!!
