Our move was a relocation, and we've worked with Teresa twice in the past. We had no doubt that she was our agent and that would take care of us, and we were right. Teresa is a smart, caring person that listened to our concerns and needs and did everything she could to help and assist us. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking to buy or sell in the NKY area. Teresa is very knowledgeable about the area and knew exactly how to market our house up to and including the time of day the photographer should come out and shoot the home. I received weekly updates on all aspects of the sale including web site traffic and calls to the office. I can not say enough good things about Teresa. She us the most kind, caring agent we have ever worked with. I always knew that I could count on her and whenever I needed her, she was only a call or a text away. She was always honest and forthright with us and never steered us in the wrong direction. We would not have used Teresa as our agent on three sales if we did not think the world of her. She supported and encouraged us through the most difficult sale we've ever had, and she did it all with grace and humor. Our buyer on this last sale was more than difficult and made all of our lives miserable. He was especially vicious towards Teresa, and for that, I am really sorry. But Teresa handled herself professionally and did her best to shield us from his tantrums and threats. Teresa was targeted by this buyer and did her best to rise above him and should be commended by Coldwell Banker for all that he put her through.
