Terri Hewitt

Terri is AMAZING simply put! We have worked with Terri previously, and she blew us away the first time we worked with her, so much so that we came back to work with her again! We are/were California clients & that didn't hinder her! Terri is easy to work with, knowledge, attentive, & knowledgeable. She asked critical questions, helping us narrow down what was most important to us & identify our needs (especially when we were unclear about our wants and needs ourselves). Terri is professional & we always felt that she had our best interests at heart & that she was invested in "us" and finding our new home. Terri did & continues to go above & beyond for us, long after the close of our home. I would recommend Terri without hesitation!

The Hewitt Home Team, Real Estate Professionals with Century 21 Sundance, went above and beyond to get the house sold. Terri and Ray Hewitt effectively marketed the property, assisted with pricing, recommended improvements, and used their extensive network of agents, brokers, vendors, and partners to execute all phases of the contract administration process. As a specific example, a roof replacement was recommended so that home buyers utilizing mortgage financing would not be excluded from the opportunity to buy due to local insurance requirements. Price adjustments were managed strategically, and we were able to meet our net proceeds objective and our timeline objective. Overall, it was a successful experience.

Terri and Ray are a wonderful team and will be using them for future purchases down the road.
