Terri was an overall great realtor! She made the process very easy for us and really paid attention to details that we would have glossed over. I would recommend her and use her again if I end up moving again!

Terri is an experienced, hard working, and wonderful realtor that helped us at every stage of our home buying. Great job!

Terri Woodard is a smart, tough, persistent individual, who saw a tough job and found a way to got it done. I can only recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent with the highest confidence. Thanks Terri, Bravo.

Terri is a very knowledgeable, friendly and interesting person. She works diligently to make sure that everything is going well. She constantly made insightful comments and suggestions that made the purchase of my home less stressful. I would definitely use Terri again and would recommend her to my closest friends.

Terri Woodward might be the Sherlock Holmes of house buying - notices every little detail, good and bad, and will always offer her objective view of a house. She has a genuine desire to help her client find the home that is right for them and never pushes or pressures to buy. Very responsive, consistent, timely, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to any first-time home buyers (as was the case with me) as she makes the process profoundly less stressful. Thank you Terri!
