Terri was amazing from start to finish! Without going directly into my situation, I will say that I was in a very tough spot and Terri was a god send! Terri was detailed, knowledgeable, proactive, confident, and had excellent customer service! While it was a very long process, Terri kept me in a positive frame of mind while being transparent about possible outcomes. At the end of the day we got the result we were working for and I owe it all to her! Amazing individual.... I would feel confident recommending Terri to any family or friend!
