Terry Brown couldn't have done a better job for my fiance and I with the purchase of our home. With this not only being our first home purchase, but also completely new to Indianapolis and not knowing really anything about the city -- he listened to what we were looking for and came up with the perfect suggestions in the perfect neighborhoods. Terry was also very accommodating of our tight schedule coming in from Chicago to look at houses all in one day on short notice on a Saturday, and given that we weren't local, it was incredibly helpful to know that we had someone here that we could trust with things like the inspection as we got closer to the closing. I can't recommend Terry Brown enough. He was professional, knowledgeable, laid back, timely, and just overall incredibly helpful to make sure we landed on the perfect spot on such short notice.

He made a complicated process easy to understand. I didn't have to worry about anything, which is definitely saying something for me. In fact, I felt confident throughout the whole journey. A crucial part of home-buying, at least for first-time buyers like me, is education. I'd lived on my own for many years, but I had a lot to learn about home ownership. That information gave me expectations and a base to ask myself what I wanted, so I could set out on the search process confidently. Everything went smoothly, and all of the professionals Terry recommended (home inspector, mortgage broker, etc.) were easy to work with too. Two months in, I'm really happy with my house. I shouldn't be surprised - things tend to go well with Terry Brown steering the ship.
