From the moment he began to represent me, he stepped up and handled everything for me. This was greatly appreciated since I was back in Los Angeles. He oversaw the staging, the inspections, the repairs where needed, the advertising and photos, and the strategy to be employed to get my price. This was not an easy task, since during the inspection we discovered a problem which required a structural correction which needed to be completed before the close of escrow. Terry worked with my contractor and everything was completed on time even though the it was a short escrow period.
