I can not say enough good things about working with Terry. She is a true prfessional and worth every penny and more. I appreciated her transparency and her being there with you every step, of what can be, a very stressful process. She is very knowledgeable about the market and limits the number of clients she works with at a time so you have her full attention and support. Gave us great advice during every step of the way.

Selling my property with Terry Perlmutter was a great experience. Terry went over and above to help through the process from start to finish! She is a very strong communicator - a quality I greatly appreciated.

Terry was simply superb: extremely organized and wonderfully communicative, with excellent results. Her help with this sale was invaluable. It was a very unique and complicated situation and she grasped all aspects immediately and got the job done professionally and with care. She knows the market exceptionally well, has an extensive network of professionals to help [if needed], and just knows how to sell a house. I could not recommend her highly enough.

We have bought or sold three properties with Terry. In all three cases, she worked tirelessly to make the sale happen quickly, at an excellent price, and for all aspects to go smoothly. We value her judgment, her great communication skills, and dedication to her work. We definitely will use her again (if we get the chance)!

Terry made selling our house an easy transaction for us.

A good friend sold her house with Terry's help. Terry Perlmutter was recommened to me based on my friend's experience. Terry was instrumental in helping me through the house sale process, from recommending repairs and upgrades to helping find contractors to do the work. Her ability to evaluate the property and make suggestions was key in the successful sale. Terry's grasp of the housing market enabled me sell my house for above the asking price. She was very supportive to me throughout the entire process. I'm very impressed and satisfied with Terry's sales expertise. I felt very comfortable dealing with Terry throughout what can be a stressful process. She definately made things much easier for me.

Terry provided a complete vision for the sale of the property. We followed all her recommendations and did not regret it. She was cautious with the expectations of the sale, which was appropriate, though we had little to worry about. The house looked beautiful by the time it was shown and it made us proud. We couldn't have had a better outcome.

I had never sold a house and presented a difficult timeline for selling my mother's house. In addition, the house was beautiful but unusual and presented a variety of complications due to the situation in which it needed to be sold. Terry was able to work with my schedule, priced the house appropriately and marketed it in a way that brought in multiple offers. She was patient as I learned about a house I'd never lived in and navigated the complications. She is direct, thorough and communicative. She supported me in understanding the value of each offer and helped me choose the right one for the situation. An extraordinary professional.

Terry Perlmutter was very professional and personable at the same time, so that it was enjoyable to work with her during the otherwise stressful time of letting go of our family home. Her understanding of the market helped us to set realistic expectations and her superior marketing and negotiating skills helped to make the sale exceed our expectations.
