I know that my deceased husband would share my appreciation and gratitude for Terry's help through the difficult decisions and efforts involved in moving from and selling a long-time home. Montgomery. My trustee is Lawrence B. Cohen at Nixon Peabody, LLP. The house was in my deceased husband's Marital Trust, Maurice Richard Montgomery (usually listed as M.R. Montgomery Marital Trust.) Whenever I encountered Terry in town after she moved to another location in Lincoln, I was always impressed by her warmth and friendliness and clear intelligence. As a sitting member on the Lincoln Council on Aging board, I recommended that she be considered as a board member when a vacancy ocurred. She became a member and has made valuable contributions. I experienced many years of indecision about selling my house after my husband died. Terry's understanding and absence of any pressure was so appreciated. In addition to being friendly, respectful and responsive, her local knowledge of service providers/contractors was essential to our success. Every time we needed something done to prepare the property for sale she had just the right person or company to refer. Just as important, when professionals learned that Terry had referred them they responded promptly with excellent service. This whole experience could not have gone better.
