Terry was the broker who sold our home in Sudbury almost five years ago--and she found Concord Commons for us, which turned out to be a great place for us to move into. Several months ago, we decided that we needed to move to a condo at Concord Commons in another building, so didn't think twice about who we would pick as our broker. Terry did a great job in negotiating our purchase of Unit 313 at Concord Commons, knowing what we had to do to make our offer was attractive to the seller. She also did a fabulous job in selling Unit 301. She has stayed with us even after the move to be sure that we were settling in well. I've never seen anything like it, and this, of course, enabled us to receive a higher purchase price than we otherwise would have gotten. Karen Wallace represented the seller of the unit we purchased, and we enjoyed working with her, as well. She was always accommodating.
