Terry was Great from start to finish — straight forward, answered every question, nothing left unanswered. Appreciated all terry’s effort and professionalism.

I am new to the Bismarck/Mandan area and was referred by some co-workers to contact Terry. They spoke very highly of him. I was very satisfied by his professionalism and knowledge for the areas market. His daughter was very helpful too. I will gladly be telling others about my overall experience in buying my house through Century 21 and Terry. Thanks!

My husband and I were fairly new to buying a home and Terry made it enjoyable to do. He was very easy to talk to and worked great with all of our requests. He truly cares about what the client wants and does his best to find exactly what you want.Terry did a wonderful job helping us find our dream home! I highly recommend using Terry Stevahn for all your home needs.

Moving during COVID-19 is tough, and its even tougher when you're a first time home buyer. But Terry made it easy and helped me understand all of the steps along the way. He helped understand the intricacies of the local market and really helped me understand some of the more complex parts of owning a house. I moved in from out of state and he was able to make it as smooth as possible for me coming into North Dakota. I would definitely recommend him to anyone moving into the Bismarck area.

I was very nervous about selling my home in Selfridge, ND. I know there are not very many buyers in that area. But Terry Stevahn not only sold my home in a short time but he also got me a better price for it than I expected! I am super happy.
