When I was visiting with friends about the possibility of making my first home purchase, Terry Stevahn's name came up multiple times. His many years of experience and good recommendations from friends helped me to make my choice to have him as my realtor. When I first talked to Terry, I knew I would be moving from my apartment, but I wasn't sure if I'd be renting or buying. He listened patiently to understand my situation and didn't pressure me to make any decisions.
