We knew right away when we met Terry the first time back in 11-2015 that he would be our guy to help us find the perfect home that met our needs! He was very patient with the lengthy time it took us to get prepared for buying a home here in Bismarck and when that time finally rolled around he did not hesitate to pick up where we left off. He answered all our questions of concern and then some. We had a very positive experience because of his knowledge and professionalism. We will most definitely refer Terry to anyone that needs a realitor . A big shout out to Terry and his team!!! Thank You!!!! Pete & Charlee

All I can say is, as far as I'm concerned, there is only one realtor I will use and that realtor is Terry Stevahn.

Terry and Melissa did a phenomenal job from the beginning of the looking process to the closing on a home. We recommend them to anyone looking for an agent. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Terry, I want to Thank You and Hailey for all your hard work and making the sale of my parents house "Stress Free".

I have used Terry Stevahn in the past and he is the BEST agent to be found. First Class work. Terry is easy to deal with. He can qualify our needs and make recommendations well. Terry is a true professional. He handles himself to the highest standards.

Team Terry helped us greatly through the sale of our condo and the sale on our new home. We could not have asked for better agents to help us through these life changes! This is one of the most stressful times I've ever experienced, and I can't imagine how we could have gotten through without Melissa and Terry's help. Thank you so much for making our home buying dreams come true!
